- Log Data: Your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, date and time of access, and time spent on pages.

1.3 Information We Do Not Collect
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information, or biometric data through the Site. 2. How We Use Your Information

3. AI Processing
Our Services utilize artificial intelligence and large language model technologies provided by third-party service providers ("AI Providers") to process data and generate analytical outputs. When you use the Services:
- Your data may be transmitted to AI Providers solely for the purpose of delivering the Services.
- Data is transmitted via API for real-time processing only. No AI Provider has persistent access to or stores your data beyond the duration of an individual processing request.
- Our agreements with AI Providers prohibit the use of customer data for model training purposes.
- We do not use your data to train AI models.
3.1 Email Agent Processing
If the Email Agent feature is enabled for your organization, the Service may access and process your unread email messages to classify their content and, optionally, draft responses on your behalf. Specifically:
- Email message content (subject, body, sender, and recipients) is transmitted to our AI Provider for classification and response drafting.
- Email content is processed in real time and is not stored by us or the AI Provider beyond the duration of the processing request.
- Draft responses are saved to your email provider (e.g., Microsoft Outlook, Google Gmail) as drafts only. No emails are sent automatically.
- The Email Agent feature is disabled by default and must be enabled by your organization's administrator. You may revoke your consent to email processing at any time through the Settings page.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
4.1 What Are Cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and to provide information to the site operators.
